10 soft contact lenses (45% methafilcon A , 55% water ) immersed in a buffered saline solution.

Insertion:

· Wash and dry your hands before removing the lenses from the package.

· Place the lens on the tip of your index finger and use your hand to hold the upper eye lid.

· Pull your lower eyelid down with your middle finger and slowly place the lens on the centre part of your eye.

· Release your eyelid close your eye for a moment and blink.

Removal :

· Look up and pull eyelid down.

· Full the lens downward gently with your finger and thumb.

· Gently pinch the edge of the lens and remove it from your eye.

· Cleaning is not needed for daily disposable lenses.

Important:

· Do not allow tap water to come into contact with the lenses.

· In case of eye redness, excessive lacrimation, pain or blurring of vision that is not attributable to contaminated lens surfaces , remove lenses from your eyes and consult your practitioner as soon as possible.

· Do not expose the lenses to hairsprays, cosmetics sprays.

· Consult your eye care practitioner before wearing your lenses for any sports.

· Remove your lenses before going to bed.

· Keep at room temperature.
